How do I change my bank account for payouts?

1. Log into the KIS App and Navigate to Stripe. You can either go to Account -> Stripe, or just Stripe on the left tab:
2. Navigate to your profile using the button on the top right corner. Click on the KIS Academics account under "Payout Details" to change your bank account
Is Stripe holding on to my Payout?
Payouts usually happen on the daily, except for weekends. You can also check to see your balances and payouts on Stripe: How do I check my Balance and Payouts?
If you think Stripe has been holding on to your payouts for a while, it may be that they have blocked payouts to your account. They usually do that if you failed your identification, so go back to your profile to ensure that you've signed up properly using YOUR OWN details. i.e. make sure you have your own name in the "Name" section, and not Manoj's (meaning you did not just copy directly off the Tutor Onboarding Course).
However, if you feel that everything is in order, but your payments are still being held, reach out to us by sending us an email (contact@kisacademics.com) and give us all the details and screenshots of the problem you're facing.
