How do I restart or re-activate a pairing that was previously deactivated?

Sometimes you'll end up deactivating a pairing with one of your customers for whatever reason, but after deactivating the pairing, they come back to you and ask for lessons again! To re-activate the pairing, you can either:
- send a message to #help channel on Slack
- send an email to contact@kisacademics.com
Make sure to mention your customers' name and email as it appears on the KIS App so that the customer service team can find them and reactivate them.
Help, an ex-student tried to Request me Again, but I Can't see their Request!
Students cannot submit a request with the same email twice. If an old student wants to re-start lessons, follow the same guidelines above. We have to re-activate the pairing for you.
