How do I check my balance and payouts?

The KIS App allows you to check your balance and payouts to keep track of payments from customer. Here are the steps:
- Navigate to the KIS App main menu at the top of the page and click the dropdown menu.
- Select "Stripe" from the options (refer to image below).

You'll see all your past payments as well as how much is still being sent to your bank. This is indicated on the left hand box on the page, as shown below.

Help! My Student has not Paid for their Lessons!
If you notice that an invoice has not been paid for yet, don't stress. KIS chases up payments on the daily, and will do so until the student pays. Otherwise, if an invoice remains unpaid 60 days after creation, we will automatically pay the tutor the amount that's owed in accordance with our 2 x lesson payment guarantee.
- However, if the student is new and has only done 2x unpaid lessons with you thus far, we'd recommend holding off on a 3rd lesson until they pay for those 2 previous invoices.
You do not have to remind students about the overdue invoices, but you can if you want to! Here's a template message you can use:

Hi there! Just letting you know that the last 2 lessons we've done haven't been paid yet, and according to KIS Academics policy, unfortunately I won't be able to do our next lesson until the outstanding invoices have been paid for. Please let me know when you've paid, and we can organise our next lesson right after that 😁 Thanks! |
