Adding Ex-students Back on the KIS App
Written by Daphne Lim - Updated
Sometimes a student you've previously tutored wants to start lessons with you again. You are not able to add a student back on the KIS App yourself, and the student cannot request for you again. So read below to find outt exactly what to do in these scenarios!
If KIS asks you to take them on again
This happens more than you think. Ask yourself if you are ok to take on this pairing. If yes, reply to us mentioning you're happy to take the student on. We will add them back to your KIS App.
Please reply ASAP so that we can find an alternative tutor for them if necessary.
If Student reaches out to you
Ask yourself, are you ok to take on this pairing? Communicate with the student so that you're both clear on what they need from these lessons.
If you're happy to take them on, here's what to do:
1. Email contact@kisacademics.com explaining what's happened.
2. Mention their name, email address, phone number
That's it! It'll be added within a few hours.
