I've just joined and the KIS App isn't working

If you've just joined KIS and are having trouble with the KIS App, this article might answer your questions!
I'm getting a "Network Error"
If your screen looks like this when you log into the KIS App and try to edit your profile:

Then it means you haven't finished setting up your profile in the onboarding process yet.
*The form that looks like this with a lot of steps:

Once you've finished the onboarding process, your KIS App should start to work automatically.
Stripe keeps asking you to Verify Your Business
If Stripe keeps asking you to verify your business, such as the below images, it means you'd signed up as a business instead of a Sole Trader, which you are supposed to do:

When this happens, you have to let us know ASAP. Either send a message into #help channel on Slack, or send an email to contact@kisacademics with the screenshots attached. We will let you know what your next steps are.
