What if a Student hasn't paid for the last lesson?

If you've done 2x lessons with the student that have gone unpaid and aren't sure about what to do:

  1.  Hold off on a 3rd lesson (KIS only guarantees payment for up to 2 lessons)
  2. Refer to this article: Do I need to Chase up Late Payments or Payments that Fail?

In some cases, we may recommend you message the student and request that they complete the payments before doing any more lessons. Here's a template message you can use:

 

Hi there!

Just letting you know that the last 2 lessons we've done haven't been paid yet, and according to KIS Academics policy, unfortunately I won't be able to do our next lesson until the outstanding invoices have been paid for.
If you need any help with payments, you can reach out to KIS directly here! https://kisacademics.com/w/contact-us

Please let me know when you've paid, and we can organise our next lesson right after that 😁

Do not have a third lesson with them until the previous invoices have been paid for.
