What to do on the KIS App if Trial Date/ First Lesson Date changes?
Written by Daphne Lim - Updated
You will not be able to change the trial or first lesson dates on the KIS App. So what are you supposed to do instead?
1. Confirm new dates with your Student/Parent directly
Ensure that your student/ parent is aware of the new date and time change. Make sure this is communicated both via text and verbally. You need to have the change in schedule written down for evidence.
2. Put it in your Calendar
Record it somewhere, and make sure you set a reminder for it so you can remind both yourself, and your student.
3. Answer KIS Admin Chase-ups
You will still get chase-ups from the KIS Admin team. Just reply promptly and let us know that you've rescheduled a new date, and that your student is aware. DO NOT ignore the chase-ups, as it will lead to a demerit point if you do not reply within 3 days, as per our Tutor Performance Policy.
If you have any questions, send a message into the #help channel on Slack, or email contact@kisacademics.com.
