The lifetime journey of your lesson invoice!

1. You submit an invoice!

2. Auto-charge your Student

Sometimes we can automatically charge your students' card, but it depends on two important things:

1. Do they have auto-charge enabled? If no, then you will only have a "send invoice" option available

2. Is this their first lesson? If yes, you will only have the option to submit a charge.

3. Payment Chaseups

It's NO GUARANTEE that payment goes through when an invoice is submitted! You may get different invoice statuses, and they all mean different things; see here: What do all the payment status labels mean in the KIS App?

When payments fail, or are unpaid, the awesome team behind KIS steps in and makes sure you get paid. You don't have to do a thing, though we might ask you for help sometimes (very rarely).

That's it! We want to keep it simple.
