How to quit the KIS Academics Platform as a Tutor

We understand that our amazing tutors will have to leave some day, as sad as we are to see you go. Please read this article carefully, take note that you must give at least 14 days notice as specified in our Terms of Service, and follow these steps to quit the KIS Academics platform.
If you still have active students
- Let your students know you cannot tutor them anymore, and please note that you must give at least 14 days notice as specified in our Terms of Service.
- Take note of who requires a replacement, and deactivate the ones that do not need tutoring anymore.
- Send an email to contact@kisacademics.com to notify us that you need to quit the platform, and let us know which students require a replacement.
- Once we reply to that email to let you know you can deactivate all remaining pairings, do it, and then get back to us. We can only process your resignation after your KIS App is cleared.
We will send you an email to confirm your resignation after everything is done!
If you have no active students
If you have no active students with KIS Academics, and have made sure that all pairings have been deactivated on the KIS App, the process of quitting is simple.
- Just send an email to contact@kisacademics.com to notify us that you need to quit the platform.
That's all! We'll take care of the rest and notify you when we've removed you as an active tutor.
