Who to contact when you need help

At KIS Academics, we do our absolute best to make sure that tutors are well supported and have all the resources and help they need to succeed. If you ever need any additional help, here are the resources you need.
1. Tutor Help Centre
99% of your questions will be answered in our KIS Tutors Help Centre page, so please check here first.
You can search for help in the search bar, or click the "Support" button in the bottom right corner to talk to our support bot (circled in red):
You can also access the help centre and support bot directly from the KIS App!
2. #help channel on Slack
The #help channel in Slack is the best way to get help if you can't find an answer on the Tutors Help Centre.
You can ask any kind of question here, regardless of whether it's about a specific tutor pairing, a step in our sign-up process or just a question about KIS. Someone will be able to help you out within the day, but if you don't get a response, please send a follow up in the same thread!
