How do I pause and unpause a pairing with a student?

Sometimes your student will want to take a break - maybe over the holidays or even at another time. In these scenarios, you will have to pause the pairing.
How do I Pause a Student?
Just click on the student profile under "Jobs" on the KIS App, and at the very top right you should see the option to “pause this job”. Click on that button to pause the job.
The status will change to "Paused", and the pairing will also show up as "Paused" in your main dashboard:
Help, I cannot "Pause" this student!
You can only pause a pairing that was previously active ie. has at least 1 prior charge. If you have not had a lesson with a student before, you will not be able to Pause that pairing.
If your student wants to delay the study skills consultation session, or take a break before having their first lesson (ie. they requested you during the school holidays but want to start at some point during the term) follow this guide here.
How to I un-pause a Pairing?
To re-activate a Paused pairing, you just create a new lesson charge! That's it.
