KIS Academics uses an incredibly secure payment transfer platform called Stripe and it requires that you be 18+ to create an account independently. If you're not 18 yet, you will need to ask your parent and get their permission to use their bank account details to register.

Completing the Stripe Verification Process when You are under 18

1. Sign up for the KIS App via the sign-up link
2. Follow the slideshow below.

For all steps 1 up to slide 18, use your own personal contact details, ABN, email, phone number, etc.

For slides 18 to 22, use the details of your parent or guardian. This includes their name, email address and home address. Your parent may receive an email asking them to confirm their identity and submit an ID document. Please make sure to notify them

3. After completing your Stripe signup, please use your own First Name, Last Name and Password to finalise your KIS App account here:

That's all! You've successfully signed up for the KIS App with the help of your parent or guardian. All future payouts from the KIS platform will just be deposited into your parent’s account. This is easily modified later (see below).
