What if I need to Cancel a lesson?

If you need to cancel a lesson, it MUST be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Please contact the customer directly to let them know, apologise, and reschedule the class.
We take take customer complaints very seriously, so if we receive a complaint that you cancelled class at the last minute, we may add demerit points to your profile: The Tutor Performance Policy
What if my Student Cancelled less than an hour before the Scheduled lesson time?
If students cancel/ reschedule/ fail to show up to a scheduled lesson, they may be in breach of our cancellation policy. In that case, you can charge a cancellation fee: Cancellation Fees and Lesson No-Shows
