When will my Cancellation Fee be paid?

Most cancellation fees will be paid within 7 days. However, it can sometimes take longer (and in rare cases, much longer).

Please don't worry though! You'll be notified when your cancellation fee has been paid, or you can check your Balance and Payout on the KIS App.

If it's taking some time, please be patient! Our customer service team chases up cancellation payments on a daily basis and some customers are simply a bit slower to pay than others.
