What if I Accidentally submit an Incorrect Charge to a Student?

Sent a wrong charge to a student? That’s okay!

You have a one hour window after making a charge to cancel it before the student gets billed. You can simply click on the “Pending” charge in the KIS App, then select “Cancel”.

What do I do if I miss that one hour window?

If you only realise your mistake after the window has passed, you have to let us know asap, and we will void the invoice for you. Shoot us a message on #help channel on Slack, or an email to contact@kisacademics.com. In your message, include:

  • name of the student as it appears on the KIS App
  • details of the invoice your want us to void (such as the lesson date, duration and time etc.)
